HYPACK 2022

You are invited to attend our 29th HYPACK Hydrographic Training Event. The HYPACK 2022 Training Event will be held March 28–31, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach in Long Beach, CA.

The 3-day training will cover all the aspects of single beam and multibeam hydrographic surveying and dredge management using our HYPACK, HYSWEEP and DREDGEPACK packages. Pre-Registration is held on Monday, January 28th from 4-6pm.

Exhibits

30 exhibitors from the industry’s leading software/hardware manufacturers, equipment resellers and service providers will be on hand in the exhibit hall or performing on-the-water demonstrations.

• Single Occupancy: $182.00 + applicable taxes and fees.

• Triple Occupancy: $232.00 + applicable taxes and fees.

COVID-19 Guidelines

• Masks are required while indoors. All attendees will need to wear a face covering/masks in public spaces such as the lobby, foyers, buffet lines and meeting spaces.
• At our event hotel, they will not ask for people to disclose their vaccination status. No testing or vaccination record is required to enter into the hotel or our event.
• There are plenty of hand sanitizers available throughout the hotel on each guest floor and throughout the meeting rooms of our HYPACK 2022 event.
• There is a special note to our guests that if they are planning on going out to local bars and breweries, than I would recommend they bring the vaccination card because of the new mandate for restaurants requires vaccination status.

Hotel Reservation Alert

The only method for reserving the conference rate is by calling the Hyatt’s reservation line, or online using the hotel’s event website listed above. Neither HYPACK nor Hyatt will contact you to make a reservation. Any company claiming to be affiliated with us or the hotel is fraudulent, please do not do business with them. This has been a common scam going around to various conferences lately and can result in identity theft.
