Remote Support On Your Computer

In the HELP menu item there is a menu item named REMOTE ASSISTANCE. When you select this menu item a dialog will be displayed asking you to grant permission for HYPACK to log into the computer. After this is granted the program will publish a USER ID and a PASSWORD. You must provide this to the HYPACK Tech when you call in.
