Viewer Mode in HYPACK 2014

A couple of reasons why HYPACK 2014 opens in viewer mode:

  1. The HYPACK dongle is not plugged in, the license is not valid for HYPACK 2014 (Maintenance Plan date expired prior to release date), or the key was leased and has expired.

         FIX: Plug in a valid key or contact HYPACK to update the key.

   2.   HYPACK 2014 did not shut down properly and the HYPACK Background Process is still running.

         FIX: Go to Task Manager, find the HYPACK Background Process, and End Task.  Open HYPACK 2014.  If HYPACK 20141 is still in viewer mode.  Restart the computer.
