WINDOWS 10 Anniversary Update - Fix to run HYPACK 2016

The WINDOWS 10 Anniversary Update deletes a file that is required by HYPACK to function properly. This was discovered and a file can be added to the ROOT directory of the HYPACK 2016 installation to correct the error.
The following programs will throw up an error without this driver installed:
- License Manager
To actually fix the problem,
1. Download the zipped attachment at the bottom of this page.
2. Shut down any HYPACK related software.
3. Unzip and place ext-ms-win-gdi-desktop-l1-1-0.dll in the HYPACK 2016 folder
4. Restart the HYPACK software.
